The price list is based on November 2009. The price list is based on the base price of Rs 2805 per sq ft and applicable for 11th floor and above.

Payment Plan Charges
The above charge of Rs 2805 per sq ft is based on cash down payment of the whole amount within 45 days. Details are given in a separate post.

Construction Linked Plan (Plan is based on the progress of construction): Rs 3300 per sq ft
Flexi Plan (Time bound payment): Rs 3052 per sq ft
Cash Down Payment Plan (as shown in price list): Rs 2805 per sq ft

Preference Location Charges for First Floor: Rs 200 per sq ft
Preference Location Charges for Second Floor: Rs 175 per sq ft
Preference Location Charges for Third Floor: Rs 150 per sq ft
